1. About these terms

Realnaps is a trading name of REALNAPSBET Limited ("Realnaps", "we", "us"), a company incorporated in the Federal Republic of Nigeria with registration number 1634076.

These Terms of Use apply when you visit this website or create and use a Realnaps account (together, the "service"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Who can use Realnaps

• You must be 18 or older. We ask you to confirm this when you sign up, and we may close accounts that belong to anyone under 18.
• You may only use Realnaps where betting and betting-related services are legal for you. It's your responsibility to check the laws that apply where you live.
• Each person may have one account. The information you give us must be accurate and kept up to date.

3. Your account

• You can sign up with your email address and a password, or with your Google account.
• Keep your password private and don't share your account. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
• If you think someone else has used your account, change your password straight away and tell us at support@realnaps.com.
• You can ask us to close your account at any time by emailing us from the address on your account.

4. What Realnaps provides

Realnaps provides tools for virtual football, including automated predictions and analysis (for example over/under goal picks) and AutoBetting tools that let you set stakes, strategies and win/loss limits.

We work to keep the service available and accurate, but we don't promise it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, add or remove features over time.

5. Betting risk and responsible play

• Betting involves the risk of losing money. Only stake what you can afford to lose.
• Set limits that suit you, and use the win/loss limits in AutoBetting where available.
• If betting stops being fun, or you're spending more than you planned, take a break and seek support, for example from BeGambleAware or Gamblers Anonymous.
• You can ask us to close your account at any time if you want to step away.

6. Betting sites and other services

Realnaps works alongside third-party betting sites such as SportyBet and BetKing. Realnaps is not those companies and is not affiliated with or endorsed by them unless we say so. Your account with any betting site, including its funds, rules and decisions, is governed by that site's own terms. We are not responsible for what third-party sites do, including how they settle bets or handle your money.

The service also relies on services such as Google (for reCAPTCHA and "Sign in with Google"). Their own terms apply when you use them.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use Realnaps for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful;
• share, sell or transfer your account, or use someone else's;
• copy, scrape, resell or redistribute our predictions or content without our written permission;
• try to break, overload, reverse engineer or get around the security of the service, including the captcha and sign-in limits;
• use automated tools to create accounts or access the service, other than the tools we provide.

8. Paid features

Some Realnaps features may require payment. If so, the price, what's included, how billing works and any refund terms will be shown to you before you pay, and those details form part of these terms.

9. Our content

The Realnaps name, logo, website, software, predictions and other content belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use them through the service for your own use, under these terms. Nothing else is transferred to you.

10. Suspending or closing accounts

We may suspend or close an account, or limit access to the service, if we reasonably believe it is being used in breach of these terms, illegally, by someone under 18, or in a way that puts other users or the service at risk. Where it's appropriate and lawful, we'll tell you why.

11. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows:

• we don't give any warranty that predictions will be accurate or that using Realnaps will lead to winnings;
• we are not responsible for losses from bets you place, settings you choose, or the actions of betting sites or other third parties;
• we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue or data.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date above, and for significant changes we'll take reasonable steps to let you know, for example by email. If you keep using Realnaps after a change takes effect, the updated terms apply.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If a dispute can't be resolved by contacting us first, the courts of Nigeria will have jurisdiction, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there.
